ohiocowboy has just posted this information on the two other threads dealing with the sudden collapse of the unthank cases.. i don't know steven unthank, but i just want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for having the courage against overwhelming odds to try and bring the watch tower society to justice over their deplorable neglect when it comes to protecting children from abuse and molestation.. steven is a man of justice and integrity who i deeply admire.

his actions will never be forgotten, and i only hope he can find it within himself to continue his work in whatever avenue may become available in the future.. they have won this battle, but they can never win the war.. .

OK I’ll bite. This thread is vintage Lloyd and I mean VINTAGE. Like the bottle of scotch found under Shackleton’s Antarctic hut 100 years later type.

I appreciate you raising this, but I think you're missing the overall message of my post earlier.

This was a common Lloyd-ism back in the day. Posters just couldn’t seem to get the gist of his point, which he then felt compelled to repeat for emphasis. It was his way of elevating himself as the intellectual in a room full of dolts…. See below:

Unthank should have prefaced his apology by saying that he didn’t bludgeon any seal cubs to death. That would have undoubtedly satisfied sbf and cyberjesus.

I personally know what it's like to be on the losing side of a legal verdict

I remember him relating this on another thread. This is a key passage. All jokes about the current lawsuit aside, this seemingly random comment of his would indicate that Lloyd regularly uses legal threats to people whom he thinks wronged him. In this particular case, it’s a safe bet that he sued someone and the case was dismissed, possibly someone in the KH he did business with.

That might provide further context as to why “Geoffrey” the evil elder had it out for him. Perhaps it was in Geoffrey’s cong. where he pulled this shit - or a friend/family member of his or even Geoffrey himself.

I doubt there’s much more to the Tibor dispute than money. I.e. Lloyd bitching about how he couldn’t afford him below 620 patrons/YT members and as he slipped below it yet again, it became clear there was no future in working with him. I also think Tibor saw all the allowances Lloyd was giving himself through the business and knew he could well afford him, but insisted on keeping his own compensation high despite the financial losses.

There is a clue as to how Lloyd viewed Tibor and it was in his interview video with him at the end:

”Thank you for taking a cheque from me” or something like that.

What a thing to tell a vital employee! All he could think of is how much he paid him as if it were a huge favour! And this was after an interview where Tibor strenuously defended Lloyd and did not veer once from his talking points.

Lloyd: Using family relationships as emotional blackmail

Does he remember what he wrote to Dijana over two years ago? He ticked off all the boxes - dangling fish in front of the seal by telling her he was thinking of purchasing the family home with her in Istria.

Emotional Manipulation.

Bringing up the girls being upset (which he caused by leaving in a huff) and putting it all on the wife to tell them she’s divorcing him as if she were the one in the wrong.

Emotional Blackmail.

Also - Not a fan of the hard and dragging G on the -ing diphthong. Not saying he should drop the G entirely as they do in the American South, but “ing” has its own unique sound. There should be a letter for it on the Latin alphabet.

He would probably pronounce “dipthong” as dipthonGGG.

Honestly, I doubt he has the work ethic to do it especially as it would now be without the free work - he's never put the work into his channel that he claims, it's always been the fruit of other people's labor.

This community by and large is actually relatively forgiving despite his attempts to trash it as judgmental. He stole COC in plain sight and most reasoned that we all had to look at the greater good he did for the community. As bad as that livestream was for him, he truly lost the plot in the two months that followed. The first mistake he began making right after he signed off from the livestream - he blamed everybody else. He was absolutely rancid towards anyone who did not buy his entire story as he presented it. This all culminated in that disastrous Andrew Gold interview where he swatted any portion of responsibility away and with relish. This represented the point of no return for him.

The second mistake was the litigation. Instead of working hard to drown out all the chatter and bad feelings, he made a conscious decision that he believed would help him in the long run. He desired (and still does desire) validation from a court that people have indeed wronged him. Had he had any real friends at the time who were not afraid to speak their minds to him, it might have made a …. Nvm this is Lloyd, he would have blocked them and accused them of joining the defamation campaign.

The common denominator is always him. He’s not right in the head and never has been. He broke up a family and a business because of it. I can see from a certain perspective why he avoids this truth. The day he understands all of it and takes on responsibility for it as he should have done long ago, it will absolutely crush him. The lawsuit is him playing out his fantasy that he’s right and everyone else is wrong. It’s his coping mechanism.

His problem now is that he’s so infrequent and his content is stale. Even those willing to give him a shot with their donations are quickly disappointed as he’s disappeared yet again and constantly needs these mental health breaks.

He’s a footballer with bad knees. A basketball player who has lost his shot. They have lost all passion for the game that once made them rich and are determined to play it out for whatever team is dumb enough to write them a cheque.

He doesn’t even have enough passion to make the videos he claimed he wanted to start making.

He’s a broken man. There’s nothing interesting about him anymore. A lot of people watch because they think something crazy is about to happen.

He’ll OD and make this huge video about his battle with addiction. That’s the clownshow people are expecting to see. The “Aftermath” as he calls it. The Downfall. Der Untergang. Just a funny looking man in isolation thinking his musings still have importance.

If Cedars gets a monthly salary from a wealthy donor, does it even make any difference if others stop donating? He'll continue regardless.

He has (or more accurately- had) many regular “under the table” donors who routinely sent him money via PayPal, including one I know who is now a vocal critic of his. He still has some as he alluded to in his begging video where donors stepped in to “save” his company. Even that has a shelf life, esp when he does little to earn it. Moving forward, it’s more likely the private support will come in the form of paid holidays like the shroom trip.

He’ll continue because he has no choice. There are no decent job prospects in either country he’s a citizen of. In say 10 years time, his channel will probably be somewhat different in scope, but he’ll still be dependent upon donations. His problem is he can never ditch exJW topics, for which it is evident he has little interest or desire to do.

He’s also looking down in order the cover the extent of his multiple chins. I can fully understand the horror of women who made the mistake of going to dinner with him as he moves in for a make-out session.

His best bet for a successful seduction would be a US trailer park. Turn up the Mancunian like he’s a Gallagher brother, keep the guitar and fentanyl pills handy, and perhaps he’ll qualify for some rebound sex - at least until one of her baby daddies gets out of prison.

He went overnight from a situation where he had to do real work and barely making ends meet to an easy landing in Croatia where no one reasonably expected him to work. (He was also ducking creditors in the UK. It is in his book).

So he unburdens his JW yoke and suddenly finds himself with A LOT of time on his hands. You really should have seen him go when he was posting here. Hardly a subject went by without him sticking his big bird nose in.

He has spent most of his adult life not having a real job. To him work means doing it when he feels up to it and how often he wants. Had he any work ethic, he might have beaten back this bad rep he has acquired and on a path to semi-recovery.

His consistent problem is that he cannot get out of his own way. He had an incredible bump last year that surprised even me with how many he fooled into giving him money for nothing. Like a bitch, he took the money, flaunted and taunted people with his success instead of taking it as lifeline and working his ass off on beating the rap and indoctrinating a new generation of followers.

Well into his 40s, this is who he is. He’ll live the rest of his life thinking he can skate by with minimal effort.

People are still waking up to him and his history of abuse, but a good number of these patron drops are due to people noticing that he hardly does anything worth a regular pledge of money.
